Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions for registering your documents through our Guest Portal and paying the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari, amounting to €2 per person per night for the first four nights.

This procedure is necessary for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for hosting guests in Italy.

Activating and deactivating air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The lighting period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by law.

Bari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE RAILWAY STATION: The apartment can be reached by bus line 50 to the Prefettura stop, a 4-minute walk from the apartment;

- IF YOU'RE TRAVELING BY CAR: The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Paid parking is available in blue-lined parking spaces (NOT guaranteed) in the Piazza della Libertà parking lot, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
