Welcome to this charming top-floor apartment in the heart of Hove, just a few minutes’ walk from the seafront. With high ceilings, character features and a cosy, welcoming feel, it’s a great base for enjoying everything Hove and Brighton have to offer.

The location is one of the apartment’s biggest highlights. The beach, independent cafés, restaurants, bars and local shops are all within easy walking distance. You’ll find everything from artisan bakeries and brunch spots to Thai, Turkish, vegan and classic fish and chips nearby, along with a local fishmonger, quality butcher and Bison Microbrewery just around the corner.

The apartment has two comfortable double bedrooms, with additional sleeping space available on the sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom also has a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair and lamp, making it suitable for guests who need to work during their stay.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and lamps, with a clothes rail in the cupboard. The second bedroom also has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, along with a clothes rail.

The main bathroom is conveniently located between the bedrooms and includes a shower over the bath, toilet and sink.

The open-plan living and dining area is a comfortable space to relax, with views towards the seafront, cosy seating, a Smart TV and feature fireplace. The dining area by the window seats six, making it a lovely spot for meals together or enjoying a coffee while taking in the view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, whether you’re making a quick breakfast or preparing a full meal. A coffee machine and SodaStream are also provided.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment, making it easy to stream, stay connected or work remotely. The apartment is also well equipped for longer stays and offers a comfortable home-from-home for couples, families, contractors, corporate guests and holidaymakers.

Guests have full use of the entire property, with a private entrance and no shared spaces.

Check-in is available after 4pm and check-out is before 10am. Please do not check in early or check out late without prior permission, as this can disrupt our cleaner’s schedule and may result in a £30 charge.

Travel Cot & High Chair
A travel cot and high chair are available on request, subject to availability. The travel cot costs £15 and the high chair costs £10. Please pay for these at the time of booking, with payment received at least 24 hours before check-in. The travel cot includes a thick, breathable, anti-allergenic mattress suitable for Red Kite Travel Cots and Graco models (93 x 64 x 6 cm), although guests should bring their own cot bedding as linen is not provided. If you use the high chair, please return it clean at the end of your stay.

The property is professionally managed by Pass the Keys®, with a local team making sure the home is cleaned and prepared before every stay. Fresh linen, towels, toiletries and essential supplies are provided, and the team checks the property before guests arrive to ensure everything is ready for a comfortable stay.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called
Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
