The property features 3 bedrooms with super king beds and the fourth with 2 double beds:
The Master Retreat: A true highlight featuring a private en-suite bathroom and a secluded balcony, the perfect spot for a morning coffee overlooking the countryside, deer spotting and amazing sunsets.
The Second Suite: More than just a bedroom, this expansive space includes its own integrated lounge area, offering a peaceful escape within the home.
The Family Room: Our third upstairs bedroom is generously sized, featuring two comfortable double beds, ideal for families of all ages or close friends.
Ground Floor Suite: A sizable room with plush bedding and ample storage ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
Sophisticated Living & Social Spaces
The Grand Living Room: A vast, light-filled space centred around a sleek electric fireplace. This room is designed for versatility, featuring a dedicated bar and work area, perfect for evening cocktails or a quiet remote-working hub, alongside a formal dining area, with a spacious dining area for long, social evenings.
Gourmet Kitchen & Dining: A fully-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking up local Scottish produce.
The Cosy Snug: For more intimate evenings, retreat to the second living area. This traditional snug features a roaring log fireplace, creating a warm, quintessential farmhouse atmosphere.
Wellness & Connectivity: Unwind in the private Jacuzzi after a day of exploring, and stay effortlessly connected with free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire property.
Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire farmhouse and the surrounding grounds. Every detail, from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the premium toiletries, has been curated to ensure a five-star experience.

Please be aware that this farmhouse was previously home to two cats. Although the property is professionally cleaned to our highest standards before every arrival, we want to ensure our guests with allergies have all the information needed to enjoy a comfortable stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We can arrange rental of a high chair and travel cot upon request during your stay.
Please note, check-in is not available on 25th December and 1st January.
For insurance reasons, the lead guest must be over 25 years old, and ID verification is required for all bookings.
