The villa is spacious and welcoming: a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, and oven, awaits you for dinner with friends. Outside, under a romantic wisteria pergola, you'll find a large table for al fresco dining. Right next to it is the fireplace/barbecue, ideal for grilling while enjoying the lake view, which, although partial, is beautiful.

You'll find four comfortable bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one with two single beds, plus two bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms has a French window that opens directly onto the garden... surrounded by greenery. At the top of the house, a panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Garda awaits: the perfect spot for an aperitif at sunset.
