Dear Sandor, Good afternoon!! We do appreciate you taking the time to share a review regarding your stay at the apartment!! We would like to make a comment to each and every one of your claims written!! Firstly, about the bathroom area, it is not aired properly due to its position! Besides the aromatic fragrances that are used, a mild, unwelcome smell exists! Secondly, about your claim that the floor has not been mopped properly, since there i s no proof accordingly, the cleaning crew is not to blame! A thorough cleaning is provided before every arrival, so we sincerely doubt if such a case truly exists! Furthermore, there is no inclination in the description of the apartment provided, that such kinds of stuff !! So it is literally your assumption, your they are given indeed!! Lastly about the AC unit, it has explained to you thoroughly, it was nearly impossible to be removed from the wall, it is indeed out of order, cause of the workload during your stay! However, as the contact person specifically mentions, the units on the firdst floor cover the whole house!! Lastly about the WIFI connection, the rooter is as we have informed you in the next door apartment and they have switched it off for a while!! The WLAN connection was at a perfect state!!
