This spacious retreat features four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with room for up to 8 guests. With minimal and modern decor, wooden ceilings, and stone walls, Villa Nausika offers warm and inviting interiors. Outside, a 40 sq.m. private infinity pool with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and a gas BBQ area ensures ultimate relaxation.

Villa Alkinoos:

Perfect for smaller groups, Villa Alkinoos accommodates up to 4 guests with two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The villa features a sleek open-plan design with direct access to its private 35 sq.m. infinity pool and shaded outdoor areas. Contemporary furnishings and breathtaking sea views complete this charming retreat.

Villa Ariti:

Ideal for larger groups, Villa Ariti hosts up to 8 guests with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The airy living spaces are beautifully furnished, while the 40 sq.m. infinity pool, outdoor lounge, and dining area provide the perfect setting for enjoying Cretan sunsets.

All three villas are equipped with high-end amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning throughout, satellite TVs, washing machines, dishwashers, and coffee makers.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking for all of our guests.The property can host 23 people if needed at the extra cost of €35 per person per night after the 18th guest.

We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
