Welcome to our Little Garden Annexe

We are situated in Eltham, southeast London with:

✅ Superb transport to central London stations. London Bridge is less than 30 mins away. Eltham station is a 4 minute walk

✅ A short journey to the O2 and Greenwich

✅ A 10-minute walk to central Eltham, and lots of stuff in the immediate Westmount Road area, like cafes, pubs, bars and supermarkets

✅ We (Oliver and Anisha) live on-site so can help out

The space
The property itself is a self-contained (ex) granny flat that is separate to the main house.

You’ll be able to access it independently from a side gate, so it will feel like your own space.



It has:


🛌 One main bedroom with a double bed that has a dressing table/workspace (let us know how you intend you use it and we’ll make it right for you!)

🛋️ A sofa bed that can sleep 2 people

🍳 A small kitchenette and living area, with a table, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and oven/cooker

🛁 A bathroom with a shower

🫧 A washing machine


🅿️ Off site parking is available on the street, however there are limited parking bays. Most have restrictions between 11:00-12:30 Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).


We have a limited number of parking permits that we can get you (at a cost) - so please let us know if you need help with this!


Guest access
Guests can access the property via a side gate, so there is no need to come through the main house. We find this adds to the feeling of privacy and people having their own space.


Other things to note

Please note that our property is pet friendly 🐾 We have a professional cleaner in between stays to make sure the place it spotless, but if you have a very serious pet allergy, you may want to alert us to this before booking.


As a result, we do also charge a little extra cleaning fee for those visiting with furry friends as we tend to find we need extra cleaning
