The sizeable and light-flooded house is situated in a great location, being only a 4-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the centre of Burton-Upon-Trent, a 45-minute drive to the beautiful Peak District, a 30-minute drive to the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch and a 40-minute drive to the historic city of Derby in the north-east.

Branston House is a stunning, 2-bedroom terrace house and offers a little slice of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The sizeable and light-flooded house is situated in a great location, being only a 4-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the centre of Burton-Upon-Trent, a 45-minute drive to the beautiful Peak District, a 30-minute drive to the market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch and a 40-minute drive to the historic city of Derby in the north-east.



Warm, spacious and beautifully decorated, Branston House is the perfect place for a contractor respite, a much-needed family getaway, or as a welcoming place to rest your weary head during your group business trip. The house sleeps 4 in beds and 1 in a sofa bed and comes with free on-street parking.



The house itself is within walking distance to various amenities including a Tesco supermarket, a leisure park with a cinema and delicious restaurants for takeaway or eat-in, as well as home-improvement stores and a large garden centre. When you stay at Stapenhill House, you will also be in close proximity to the centre of Burton where there is an array of well-known shops, local restaurants, and cafés as well as the Stapenhill Woodland adjacent to the peaceful River Trent.



Our stunning accommodation is also within close proximity to the mainline railway station of Burton Upon Trent, allowing you to reach a variety of fantastic destinations in only a small matter of time! Stapenhill House is a fabulous space, suitable for a relaxing family getaway, a group business trip, or a contractor stay. The house features a brand new fully fitted kitchen, complete with all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, as well as two beautifully decorated bedrooms, a large living room, and a well presented recently decorated bathroom with shower over bath. The property comes with on-street parking

Refundable Deposit – £150

A £150 hold will be placed on your card and automatically released after your stay if there are no damages or issues.



Damage Waiver – £30 (non-refundable)

Covers accidental damages up to £30 (e.g., minor scratches, stains, or broken items).



Unreported or intentional damages are not covered and may result in additional charges.
