As you step inside the apartment, you enter directly into the bright and elegant living area. On the left, there’s a spacious built-in wardrobe where you can store your clothes and personal belongings. Inside the same wardrobe, you’ll also find a washing machine and a dryer — discreetly integrated for your convenience.

On the right, there’s the modern kitchen, equipped with everything you might need: an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, kettle, coffee machine, and a full set of dishes, glasses, and cutlery. In front of the kitchen, the dining table is set for three people — a cozy corner for relaxed breakfasts or intimate dinners.

The soft sofa invites you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV with Netflix, or to set a nostalgic mood by playing your favorite records on the vintage-style vinyl player. From the living room, you can step out onto a small balcony with a table and an ashtray, perfect for a quiet coffee or a breath of fresh air. The apartment features multiple independent light sources that can be turned on separately, allowing you to create the perfect atmosphere — bright and energizing or soft and relaxing.

To the left of the living room, you’ll find the bathroom, featuring a walk-in tropical shower, soft towels, and all the essentials — shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, and a hairdryer.

Next to the bathroom, the bedroom offers a peaceful and refined atmosphere. The centerpiece is a king-size bed with a plush mattress, soft pillows, and crisp, fresh linens. Panoramic windows open up to a beautiful city view, while blackout curtains ensure complete darkness and restful sleep whenever you need it.

Independent heating with a thermostat allows you to easily set your ideal temperature, and the air conditioner keeps the space pleasantly cool during warm days.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment — living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Everything is private and exclusively for your use.

The building entrance is secured and accessible via intercom and entry code, ensuring privacy and safety.

Check-in is fully independent through a lockbox, so you can arrive whenever it’s convenient for you.

Free public parking is available around the building and near Hotel Național, following the first-come, first-served principle.

The apartment is located right on Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Boulevard, the main artery of Chișinău. It’s one of the most central and convenient areas in the city, with quick access to public transportation, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.

Nearby you’ll find Hotel Național, the Academy of Sciences, and several local shops open late. Everything you need is within walking distance — from pharmacies and bakeries to ATMs and small markets.

Despite being in the city center, the apartment is quiet and comfortable, offering the perfect balance between urban convenience and relaxing privacy.

Getting around is easy and convenient. Public transport stops are just a few steps away, with direct connections to all parts of the city. Taxis and Bolt rides are available within minutes and are very affordable in Chișinău.

If you’re driving, free public parking is available around the building and near Hotel Național. Parking is not assigned and follows a first-come, first-served principle.

Most main attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city at your own pace.

The apartment is located in a new, high-quality building equipped with security cameras around the perimeter and at the main entrance. Access to the footage is available only to the condominium administrator, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Please note that parking spaces are public and free, available on a first come, first served basis.

The apartment is fully self check-in — you’ll receive detailed instructions and an access code before arrival.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but guests may smoke on the balcony.

For longer stays, additional cleaning or linen changes can be arranged upon request.
We kindly ask guests to:

• Remove their shoes when entering the apartment — slippers are provided for your comfort.

• Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM, as the building is home to families and permanent residents.

• Avoid smoking inside the apartment — smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

• Do not move furniture or decorative items.

• Turn off lights, air conditioning, and TV when leaving the apartment.

• Take care of keys and remote controls — replacements incur a fee.
