Villa Arneo is a vacation cottage with a large Mediterranean garden, for rent for relaxing stays in the green two minutes from the sea and the beaches of Torre Lapillo.
The villetta is located in Boncore, a hamlet of Nardò, but only 1 km from the beaches and the sea, in a very quiet residential area.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, electric oven and microwave etc. Heated outdoor shower is present.
Villa Arneo offers up to 10 beds. Pets allowed.

Villa Arneo is a fully fenced cottage with a varied garden full of Mediterranean plants to frame it.
At the entrance there are two gates, one pedestrian, the other driveway to park the car inside the property. At the back, there is also a heated outdoor shower and a pilozza, to cool off when returning from the beaches.
The largefurnished veranda for outdoor dining. From here you enter the house, into the air-conditioned living room that serves as the dining room. Next to it is the livable dining room, with an open kitchenette.
Also on the ground floor are 2 quad bedrooms, furnished with double bed + bunk bed. On the upper floor, on the other hand, there is 1 double bedroom. Completing Villa Arneo are 2 shower rooms, one on each floor.
All bedrooms and the dining room are air-conditioned. Villa Arneo comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.
Through the hallway on the second floor there is access to the terrace from which there are picturesque panoramic views.

Villa Arneo is an ideal vacation cottage for those who want a quiet stay, in a residential area, but at the same time very close to the most famous beaches of Salento.
The villetta is located in Boncore, a picturesque village situated in the upper part of Torre Lapillo, just 1 km from the beautiful beaches and the crystal clear sea with shallow and accessible waters.
All the main services are in Torre Lapillo. Nardò, the town to which the hamlet of Boncore belongs, is just a 15-minute drive away, and is well worth a visit for its beautiful Baroque historic center, all waiting to be discovered.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 68 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
