Two TVs (one Smart TV and one with Amazon Firestick), Fibre Broadband, WiFi, Alexa with Spotify. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Outdoor hot shower for dogs and a pet laundry room with a dedicated pet washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside is a modest front garden, and a large back with fields and stunning views of the farm animals and the Lincolnshire Wolds beyond. Sorry, no smoking.
