Outside there's off road parking for one car and shared use of an enclosed lawned garden. The Slipway is an excellent base for a couple or small family with all the delights of Cornwall within driving distance. Please note htis property is not suitable for 4 adults, maxim adult occupancy is 3 people.



The Neighborhood:

The seaside harbour town of Penzance is situated in one of Cornwall’s most popular holiday areas. The town offers the National Trust owned St Michael’s Mount, as well as winding streets, shops, clubs and restaurants, and there are a wealth of sandy beaches very close by. The South West coast path passes through Penzance and winds its way along the cliff tops towards Land’s End, plus the open air Minack Theatre and Gwennap Head are close by.
