This modern apartment in Ashley Cross is within easy reach of a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. With two double bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements, this apartment sleeps a maximum of four people across two floors. It benefits from two garage parking spaces and Juliet balconies.
The first floor of the property is kept bright and spacious by the open plan kitchen/dining/living area, with three Juliette balconies and three skylights. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge/freezer, oven, 5 ring induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a three seater sofa with two arm chairs around a smart TV. A large dining table and breakfast bar also are main features of the room.
Bedroom two (double bed) is also located on the first floor alongside a separate bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, sink and towel rail.
Down the flight of stairs, you will find the master bedroom with a super-king bed (which can be split into twin beds upon request), ensuite (bath with overhead shower, toilet, sink and towel rail) and walk-in wardrobe space. There is also convenient storage cupboards on the lower ground floor. Please note, the lower ground floor can also be accessed via the garages, and is locked separately for your convenience.
Parking – Double garage for two large cars, bikes etc. Services – Duvets and linens provided (beach towels not included). Technology – Free WiFi available Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. Please respect our house rules and refrain your pet from going in the bedrooms or on furniture. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am. Please bag and put all rubbish in the waste collection bins provided, and put out the night before collection, should your stay coincide with a collection day (you can find this information in the property welcome pack).
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Parking: Double garage to the left of the main entrance door.

Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am. - Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
