This is a large and practical house located on southern Orust, accommodating up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. It is well suited for larger families or groups who want to spend time together. The house has a simpler standard with older interior and furnishings. The focus here is not luxury, but space, functionality and the opportunity to socialize. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a living room and three bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. From the living room you have access to a glazed conservatory, perfect for extending the season and gathering together. The basement level offers two additional bedrooms, a TV lounge, and a sauna with shower and changing area. Ideal after a day by the sea or exploring the surroundings. The large garden provides plenty of space for games and outdoor activities. The location is perfect for exploring both Orust and Tjörn. The sea are only about 3.5 km away and can easily be reached by bike.



Things to do on Orust and nearby:

You stay close to both nature and the sea. Kärreberget offers a long jetty and shallow waters, ideal for families. On Rossö you will find both organized bathing areas and more secluded cliffs. Rossö nature reserve is within cycling distance, offering beautiful hiking trails and scenic coastal views. In Varekil you will find a grocery store, gas station and restaurant. For day trips, Gullholmen and Käringön are highly recommended, both accessible by ferry from Tuvesvik. Nearby Tjörn also offers Sundsby Säteri with hiking trails, caves, café and restaurant.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 2 500 SEK is pre-authorized on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after check-out, provided the house is left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be added: 190 SEK/person for bed linen and 60 SEK/person for towels.

• Final cleaning is not included. Guests clean the house themselves, cleaning equipment is available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is not allowed.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
