¡Este es uno de los tres únicos condominios de dos habitaciones en el Purple Parrot Village Resort en Perdido Key, Florida, lo que lo hace altamente deseable! Esta casa de vacaciones cuenta con un plano de planta dividido de la suite principal, cada habitación con una cama tamaño queen, lo que la convierte en la idea ideal para la escapada de una pareja. Quizás esté buscando celebrar un aniversario especial, gastar un poco en sus vacaciones, o simplemente tener un poco más de espacio que una Villa de dos dormitorios estándar que es un poco más pequeña ... cualquiera sea el motivo, estamos seguros de que lo hará. ¡Quiero volver a este condominio de Purple Parrot Resort varias veces al año!

El salón ha sido amueblado con un televisor de pantalla plana de 43 pulgadas montado en la pared, reproductor de DVD, conexión wifi y sofá cama. Perfect week!

We loved our stay at this location. I have 2 boys (ages 11 & 13) and they loved being steps away from the pool. We enjoyed the 4th of July party at the Purple Parrot and then watching fireworks on the beach! The house is great with everything you need. The house was still a bit dirty when we arrived (sticky stuff on floor, chips under table, hair in master bath drains) but I cleaned it and let the property manager know. Just looks like they were in a hurry. Loved having beach chairs and minutes away from the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Nice and cozy condo

Great location only minutes from the beach, nice pool and sand volleyball area, even has an indoor pool. Condo was clean and spacious, enclosed front porch was nice when it rained. Overall a great spot and we will definitely come back again

Purple parrot

This was in a great location. It was close to the beach, but if you want to stay in you can relax by the pool. It's away from the craziness of orange beach and gulf shores, but close enough if you want to visit.

The property itself was great. That being said we had issues with the a/c unit all week. The owners of the property had it locked and on a timer. Each day when we would leave it was on 70 degrees (where the lock was) and when we return it would be 76 degrees downstairs and 84 plus degrees in the bedrooms upstairs. This house only one unit for the whole house. So it was impossible to get any sleep at night because it was hot. There were also some minor cleaning issues-sand in the beds, bathroom counters not wiped down, etc. But the air was a problem. We contacted management and they sent an a/c repair out twice but we were told he couldn't do anything about the lock without a passcode, which nobody seemed to have. This problem caused us to leave a day early because we couldn't handle it anymore.

This condo is fantastic and beautifully decorated. It is the cleanest one we've stayed in at the Purple Parrot (we've stayed in 2 others besdides this one). It had everything we needed. The couch is nice and comfy. The bathroom in the master is awesome, and has double shower heads, which is nice. The condo itself is set back a bit, which gives a bit of privacy. The porch is also very nice and has a porch swing and fans. The one and only thing that i didnt love was the bed in the master bedroom. It wasn't uncomfortable, but it's kinda weird. It feels like a king-size cot. When I first got in, it felt like it was going to close up on me. It didn't, of course, but that's what i thought at first. After you get used to that, it's pretty comfy. The refrigerator in the kitchen has an ice maker, which is a nice extra, and there is also a Keurig coffe machine, which most condo do not have. The pool and tiki bar with live music are AWESOME and they are why we go to the Purple Parrot every year. If you're trying to decide which condo to stay in, stay here. You won't regret it.

The property was not as clean as it could be. There was dust balls on the floor, it looked like someone had gotten sick in one of the bathrooms and did not get it totally cleaned up. There was sand in one for the bedrooms and the drain in the bath tub in one of the bedrooms id not drain very well. One of the glasses had lipstick on it.

Need to fire cleaning team

The place was not clean at all . Hair was everywhere. This place needs a deep cleaning. I did notify the management team they offered to send someone over but my wife had already clean the floors. Very unfortunate you pay these high prices and cleaning fees then you still have to deal with filthy place. The property outside the house was fantastic.

The pool is excellent and the Tiki hut is a Great Selling point. The Tiki Hut with its food and live band and drinks makes this resort worth going. The unit that we stayed in was in a great location and very big inside. it would not hurt to have it updated inside but it was still a great place to stay. I would like to buy the unit myself if available.

Perfect family vacation!

Highly recommend! The pool area was awesome! Food and drinks poolside from the tiki bar. Our daughter loved the waterfall at the pool. My brother enjoyed karaoke at the tiki bar. The condo was spacious and clean. This was a nice place to stay for a family vacation
