Great property and location. The condo was wonderful. Lots of space and well kept. Very pleased overall. The only bad thing was the mattress. So very uncomfortable. Fell to the middle of the bed so did not get good sleep. On vacation I want rest. It put a damper on our stay. I’d give it a 5 star if the mattress was replaced.

This was an amazing place to stay, with close access to the beach and a swimming pool on-site. The area is wonderful to explore, and we couldn't be happier with our stay. The place was clean, and we had everything we needed to make the vacation a great week.

We were here for an out of state cross country meet and it was just what was needed! Easy access to beach and very quiet. Would stay again!

We arrived Friday to a pretty nice unit but soon as we walked in the washing machine was full of all the dirty linens and towels. Bathroom had no toilet paper, kitchen had no trash bags which we had to go purchase ourselves. Floors was sticky and under the couches had food from the previous renters. Back door doesn't lock from the outside. Saturday morning the Internet went which never worked after that. Saturday the hot water heater leaked all over the hallway which has fixed an hour later but they didn't even clean up all the water in the hallway which we had to do. Honestly I could say it's the the cleaning staff which completely dropped the ball. It was a complete disappointment with the amount of money I spent. I sure hope the owners of this property know how they're property is being treated.

Short family getaway before school starts

We had a great time! The place is just a short walk from the beach and had a pool right out of our door! Being on the ground floor was awesome. We could just wheel our wagon straight to the porch and leave it for the next day. The property manager was quick with responses and very helpful. All around it was a fantastic place to stay!

Spectacular Week!

Wonderful condo. Bottom floor. Close to pool. Short walk to public access #1 to the beach. We will definitely stay at this condo again. We had a terrific week of calm Gulf. Friday, became a Red Flag day around 11am. We were happy to end our sunbathing by the pool.

Highly Reccomend!

This place was perfect for my husband and I, but I could easily imagine a family of 4 here as well. The beach was right outside of the property, which we thought to be very convenient for bathroom trips. The pool was steps away from the our door. We felt very safe here since there is a locked gate surrounding the property. The property management company we dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. Theres nothing negative I can say about this stay, I would highly recommend!

Beach trip with the grandsons.

We spent a week at the property. It is close to everything, especially the beach. We also went to see the Blue Angels and the Lighthouse Museum. The historical section of Pensacola is also quite close and offers a lot to do for very little money. My 6 and 8 year old grandsons were entertained for the whole week. They loved the bunk beds and we (my daughter and myself) loved your condo. It was decorated nicely, and we liked the security features. We are looking forward to coming back.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was furnished adequately. I do wish it had a regular toaster instead of the toaster oven. The location was great and I loved being on the bottom level of the condo complex. Being so close to the pool was a plus also. I was not aware the beach access was the public access and that umbrella and chair service was not available. Luckily we did end up taking our own umbrella and chairs so it worked out iust fine. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful little unit!

Appliances were a bit dated, but worked well. tv was small and confusing to try to use so we didn’t. Internet kept going out. Only has a drip coffee maker. Literally only a short walk to the beach, ground floor so no stairs. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Had some trouble with the codes for the gates because they changed mid stay and we didn’t know until we couldn’t get in. Lots of books to read! Great spot for avid fishermen. Would love to stay again.

Mother/Daughter getaway

Condo was very clean and well stocked for all our needs. So convenient to be so close to the pool. There were always available lounge chairs and Mel (who lives there) was a gem! Access to the beach was a very short walk and that was nice; but it was a bit annoying that you cannot utilize the beach in front of the adjoining condo--they claim it as 'their own' and keep anyone who is not a resident of that condo off of their section of the beach. This is no fault of this condo or property management firm; but does affect ones options on the beach.
