Refuge River Ranch se encuentra en una granja de 4 acres, muy bien cuidada, con impresionantes vistas de Sleeping Lady Mountain, Icicle River y caballos que pastan en pastos verdes. El apartamento con jardín es un alquiler completamente privado con su propia entrada exterior, cocina, dormitorios, baño y sala de estar.

Descanse y relájese al aire libre con acceso a los terrenos de la granja, así como a 300 pies de la orilla del río en el mejor hoyo de pesca de salmón en el río Icicle. Refuge Ranch es el hogar de tres caballos, un adorable pony, dos gatos graneros y el perro del rancho, Duke. Está muy convenientemente ubicado cerca de paseos a caballo, esquí, rutas de senderismo, rutas en bicicleta, trineos, paseos en trineo, pesca, flotar en el río, así como a solo 5-7 minutos del corazón de la aldea bávara con tiendas, restaurantes, paseos en carruajes , y los muchos festivales!

Dentro del espacioso apartamento con jardín de 1500 pies cuadrados, hay mucho espacio para una familia de cuatro. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama queen, y el segundo "dormitorio" / rincón acogedor, justo al lado de la cocina, tiene literas perfectas para niños.
Si bien tiene un tamaño ideal para 2 adultos y 2 niños, se pueden alojar más de 4 huéspedes por un cargo adicional de $ 25 por persona, por noche.

Tranquil and peaceful

My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful stay here. It was great to have the river access too so we could bring our paddle boards for a relaxing float down the river. Great location for hiking in the area too. Had everything we needed and our host was really responsive for check in and out.

Fantastic farm experience in a beautiful place.

My girls and I loved staying at the Refuge River Ranch. The grounds are gorgeous, the animals entertaining, and the hot tub is relaxing. Loved our stay. We will be back.

This was just as pictured and a beautiful property. This quiet setting is cozy & comfortable and close to town. A perfect spot to relax after enjoying a full day of activities in Leavenworth.

Quiet escape from Leavenworth

Our stay was at Christmas time and Leavenworth was extremely crowded. It was wonderful to have a quiet and serene spot to stay so close to town.

What a treat

We stayed here for my 44th birthday celebration and what a blast. The hot tub was so perfect - as was the surrounding area and proximity to town. Can't wait to come back again. No question about that!

Beautiful snowy views!

We loved our stay at the ranch rental! It snowed about a foot and a half during our stay and Jodie was so nice to shovel the entry road for us. My toddler loved the bunk bed “fort”, watching the chickens wander around and stomping through the snow in the massive backyard. Taking a dip in the hot tub with stunning snowy mountain views was the highlight for my husband and I. Super convenient and a quick drive to town. Overall a really memorable stay!

Great location and wonderful host

We really enjoyed our time at JodieK's ranch in Leavenworth. The house and backyard are beautiful, well equipped and clean. The mountain views are amazing. JodieK is very friendly and helpful. We also loved her Refuge Ranch Tour. We definitely plan to come back :-)

Stunning setting and serene snowfall

We felt very welcomed by JodieK and took full advantage of the hot tub as well as the ranch experience tour. We made friends with Duke and Duchess and all the animals. The Saturday snowfall was the icing on the cake of an amazing getaway.

Nice property, plenty of animals

The property and its owner were quite nice and conveniently located. More than I wanted to spend, but with every hotel filled it was a great choice. The animals made the stay. A doe, alpacas, chickens, cat, dog, turkey, and I’m probably missing one. Those are just the animals that dropped by to visit.

Perfect get away

This was the perfect 3-day vacation for our family. We needed a break from the city and Jodie’s place more than delivered for kids & adults alike. The property is beautiful, getting to see the animals was such a treat, access to the river & hot tub right there to enjoy. The property is well situated for hiking, water activities & visiting the village of Leavenworth. The sheets & towels were so soft. Kids loved the sleeping area off the kitchen too. Would love to return.

Get away from reality..SUPER RELAXING

JodieK made everything the way it sounded. It was great! We were able to relax with the hot tub and we were able to enjoy the sounds of the country. If we needed anything or just some information, she was able to help within minutes. Access to the river, extremely close to the shops. Take advantage while you can and make the trip.

Beautiful and peaceful property

When we arrived at the property, our car got stuck in the snow. We managed to get a fast tow to help us out. Earlier that day there was a snowfall with no time to clear the long driveway. After that, we loved every minute at the beautiful property. There was ample sleeping arrangements and an excellent host. Jodie was always available if anything was requested. Loved the area!!!

AMAZING experience!

We have yet to have our feet touch the ground since returning... it was that wonderful! The residence was exactly as described and we loved being so close to the river to fish. Lots of privacy to enjoy the hot tub in a 'natural' sort of setting (wink, wink). Exceptionally clean and tidy. JodieK was VERY quick in responding to my texts and calls to answer questions about the property. Stop searching and save your time in just picking this place.

Beautiful property

My family of 6 stayed in this house and we had more than enough space. The yard is well taken care of and beautiful. Loved the river access behind the property and all the farm animals to watch. I just wish I knew it was in the lower section of the house in which the owners live upstairs. We never heard them once nor did this hinder our trip in anyway but I thought it was different. We would stay here again!

Unwelcome and Uncomfortable

*Made a mistake at check in as I had not received instructions due to traveling before check in. Our party felt owner was not accommodating and did not show hospitality. I felt there was no grace. *Locking and unlocking gate became tiresome *We were very cold in the house as owner controls the temperature from upstairs. She did change the temperature after we asked. When we were still cold and asked again she suggested we use space heaters in the summer or open a window. *We found the tv outdated and hard to manage. *Hot tub closes at 9 with a sign that says under surveillance . *Have to walk through multiple sprinklers to get to rental, which is at the bottom level of her house. *I am disputing the allegedly missing silverware 3 stainless steel forks 4 spoons 1 butter knife 1 Calphalon steak knife valued at $174.00. I was informed of this more than a week after I checked out. *Brother picking up a package. He was there less than 10 minutes and he parked in the wrong space. He was not a registered guest. Received a long text about the rules as well as well as a verbal lecture. *Rules are definitely enforced. Read all the rules as some of them may surprise you. *Dog is not always leashed. Dog came up on our party several times. It is a big dog and our party felt uncomfortable. *in short, our party felt unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I was born and raised in Leavenworth, a true local! Although, we spent sometime away in my young adult life, we came back to raise our kids here. I am a substitute school teacher. We wanted our kids to enjoy growing up in this sweet valley on a farm - like I did. We get to do all the favorite things I did as a child: Float the river, ski, ride our horses, hike and enjoy the many festivities as a family. God has truly blessed us!

Refuge River Ranch is a very unique piece of property in that it is 4 acres, on the river, and so close to everything, not to mention the breathtaking mountain VIEWS! It is true horse property with a barn, pastures, riding trails nearby and we even have an adorable chicken cottage. Lots of wildlife passing through the property on their way to the river and the deer like to graze in the pastures.
