Payable Upon Arrival:

• Refundable security deposit of €300/apartment (returned after check-out provided there is no damage to the property nor items missing)
• A mandatory local tourist and eco tax will also be collected on-site and is set by local authorities, varying based on the municipality

Additional Options To Rent:

• Early Check-In: Possible from 11 am for €75 (subject to availability).
• Bed Linen €16/ per bed.
• Towels €12/ per person.
• Bed linen and towels: €25
• Beds made upon arrival: €10 per bed
• End-of-stay cleaning: €40–€150 (depending on the size of the accommodation)
• Pet Fee: €12/day or €65/7 days; Please notify our team upon booking (reservation required and subject to availability)
• Indoor Garage Parking: Available for €40/week or €9/night (subject to availability). Please reserve in advance.
• Breakfast Service: Available on weekdays (7 am - 9:30 am) and weekends (8 am - 10 am) for €10 for adults / €5.50 for children (ages 4–11) and free for children under 4.
