EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN ! lugar cálido y acogedor

Ideal para unas vacaciones memorables en esta suite del sótano totalmente amueblada, ubicada en el centro de muchas comodidades.
Amplio con luz natural, 3 dormitorios / 1 baño

El dormitorio principal / principal tiene una bonita cama queen de tamaño suave, mientras que las habitaciones restantes están equipadas con una cama queen y un cómodo sofá en la sala de estar con capacidad para un total de 7 personas. Todas las habitaciones tienen su propio televisor de pantalla plana y cable, así como para su propia visualización.

El salón está amueblado con todo, incluida una televisión inteligente de 60 pulgadas y una pequeña chimenea.

La cocina es perfecta para cenar, ya que está equipada con todo lo necesario.

This was the perfect place for a home base when visiting the island for the first time. Everyone got their own nice room, and the place was tidy and quiet. Highly recommend!

Great place, lovely outdoor sitting area

Spacious and attractive! And don’t be fooled by it being a basement - every room but the kitchen had a nice sized window! Convenient location - close enough to the Victoria harbor but also easy access to outdoor nature venues. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Nice place to stay!

This was our first time in Victoria and we enjoyed it! This home is about a 15-20 minute drive from the downtown area of Victoria. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, and we appreciated the designated parking spot. Though it is a basement apartment, it has plenty of windows to let in some light.

Awesome home

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It is in a great and quiet location being close to major highways, airport, ferries and getting downtown. Owners were very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The home has everything you need whether you stay short term or long term. I would definitely return again.

So many thoughtful touches

The hosts provided everything we could need in the kitchen and lots of linen and towels. The outdoor sitting area was a great bonus to give the 7 off us space. We did find that new mattresses are needed and more attention to cleaning is required.

Property was in a great location for us near the main route into the city, had two supermarkets within 1km and was around 5min walk to leisure centre. Quiet neighbourhood. It was a good size for our family of four, the rooms were all well furnished and we enjoyed being able to use the extension outdoor seating areas in the good weather. Hosts were friendly but were not overbearing. Cooking facilities were ok overall. We like to cook a lot. The kitchen had a good range of cooking options plus access to the gas BBQ outside. However, it was hard to clear smoke from the kitchen when cooking at high heat and it might be useful to have access to oven dishes and baking trays to make full use of the oven.Overall the rooms stayed at a good temperature despite the hotter weather.We really loved staying here and would definitely consider booking it again if we are ever back in Victoria!

The bathroom needs a major disinfection, detailed cleaning in the bedrooms and under furniture, behind the fridge which sticks out from the wall is needing a big dusting. There is a clock in every room and none of them work. We decluttered the kitchen counter in order to use it. The electrical is wacky in the place and some general maintenance is needed. Spider webs and dust in many corners of the bedroom.

Clean accommodation

Thoughtfully laid out modern garden apartment in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Owner kept check-in instructions simple. Had a couple exchanges with the owner and he was very nice and helpful. We couldn't even hear his family above us it was so quiet! Kitchen had a wealth of appliances (I think there was even an air fryer and soda stream, but I might be wrong about that) and plenty of dishes/plates. Very clean and nicely decorated. The shower was awesome!! Close driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. My only suggestion would be to get into the bottom of the water container for the Keurig and scrub it up a little bit. Great stay and would come back again!

Peaceful hideaway on the edge of Victoria

Quiet, secluded spot on a cut-de-sac on the outskirts of Victoria with easy access to downtown or to outlying areas, Butchart Gardens, etc. Very nice lodging. Only one bathroom for 3 bedrooms might be an issue for some but was not a problem for us. Lovely outdoor spaces to hang out and relax between adventures. Interior lighting options were a bit limited; it would be good to add some cozy softer warmer lamps in the living area and bedrooms. Overall this was a great refuge for us in the middle of a 3 week camping trip, would stay there again if traveling with friends or family.

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay, close to many different things. Although sitting outside the first few days smelled like garbage as it was full. It would be wise to empty between guests. Also indicating that ceiling light from one bedroom, the switch is in the kitchen not the bedroom. Bedroom window close to washroom had a lot of flies, we soaked it with bathroom cleaning products to ease our sleep. Other than that all was great 👍

we brought my elderly parents (86 and 83) for a visit and wedding to Victoria and needed a place for 6 with a kitchen. the host helpfully provides the right space on the driveway for VRBO guests. There is a lovely patio immediately before the suite entry which the host invites guests to use. it is a beautiful spot where we spent time in the afternoons and evening. don’t be put off by the stairs down. the handrail is excellent and there is a powered lift chair which of course my 86 year old dad refused to use. Entering the suite there is immediately an area for shoes and coats to be hung. The kitchen was excellently equipped and we ended up doing quite a bit of meal prep. a dishwasher compliments the kitchen along with the ice maker. The entire unit was wonderfully clean and the beds all comfortable. we especially appreciated the large quantity of towels and the washer dryer with all necessary supplies. the bathroom is spacious and the tube / shower huge with excellent water pressure. my dad especially appreciated the living room and Huge TV with so many channel selection along with two streaming services. this is a very great property and reasonably priced considering the amenities. the hosts are lovely people who obviously are working hard to make the visit excellent. The Host left us wine as a welcoming gift and it was VERY appreciated after the drive and ferry:).

Nice property quiet neighbourhood

Very nicely appointed basement suite. It was perfect for me, my daughter and 12 year old granddaughter. Modern with all appliances you can think of for cooking in suite. Comfortable beds. Nice patio. Close to all we wanted to do. If you're looking for walkability you will want something closer to downtown but really everything is within 3 - 20 minute drive anywhere on Saanich Peninsula - downtown Victoria to Sidney!

Hidden gem in Victoria!!

If I could give this property more than 5 stars I would. The host has thought of everything you might need in the basement suite and provided a beautiful little outdoor oasis to enjoy! Loved the personal touches, and delicious welcome gift ;) Thank you for everything we will definitely return!!

Great Location Nice Property

Super handy location and easy to get to from every direction. Property owners were helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Compact basement suite with nice bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Washer and dryer in suite. Large screen tv’s in every room. Outdoor patio areas were pleasant and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood a bonus.
