BON BINI at the beautiful The Blue Bay Beachvilla! Picture this: waking up in a tropical garden full of brightly colored flowers and birds, just 250 meters from a crystal-clear blue sea and a white-sand beach lined with palm trees. This fairy tale is called The Blue Bay Beach Villa, and you’ll find it a 10-minute drive northwest of Willemstad on Curaçao.

The space
The Blue Bay Beach Villa, beach villa number 12, has a bohemian vibe and features three bedrooms that can accommodate six people. The lower the number, the closer the villa is to the beach. So number 12 is nice and close to the beach!

This detached beach villa offers plenty of privacy and is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a fully equipped open kitchen with a bar, a Nespresso coffee maker with a Nespresso milk frother, a SMEG toaster and kettle, a Bosch blender for making tropical smoothies, and a barbecue.

The open kitchen flows into a spacious living room, which opens onto a very spacious veranda with atmospheric lighting. When you open the garden doors, you look out onto a colorful tropical garden and the Blue Bay Golf Course. The high ceilings give the villa an extra sense of space, and the ceiling fans in the living room and on the veranda provide a cooling breeze. 
The living room features a seating area with a Smart TV equipped with a Chromecast connection, and on the veranda you’ll find another seating area, a spacious 6-person dining table, and a barbecue.

The first and second bedrooms each feature a comfortable king-size box-spring bed (210x180 cm) with air conditioning, a mosquito net, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has two single box-spring beds (200x80 cm), air conditioning, and two mosquito nets. The villa also has a guest restroom. For families with babies and toddlers, a travel crib with a mosquito net and a high chair are provided. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The beach villa has both 110-volt and 220-volt outlets for your electrical devices.
You’ll find a washing machine in the storage room, and a drying rack is available.

The beach is located 250 meters from The Blue Bay Beach Villa, and guests receive a beach pass with their stay that grants free access to the beach and free use of the beach chairs.
A swimming pool is located 150 meters from The Blue Bay Beachvilla and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The resort also features various restaurants, a diving school, a golf course, a tennis court, a fitness studio offering weekly group classes for kids and adults, and a kids’ club.

Good to know:
- The Blue Bay Beach Villa is located right along the walking path to the beach. This villa offers plenty of privacy because it’s situated slightly higher up, which means fewer people can see inside.
-From the veranda, you look out over the golf course. While you’re having breakfast, you’ll often spot flamingos by the small lake on the golf course. How fun!
- There are plenty of sports activities available at the resort: for a fee, you can play golf, go diving, and take classes at the fitness studio, including yoga, Zumba, Pilates, and CrossFit. For kids, there are hip-hop, Theater Kids, and guitar classes. Every month, there’s a different program every day. You can use the tennis court for free.
- The resort features three restaurants: Coast, Brasserie Boer, Lemon Grass, and the Blend beach bar. Brasserie Boer is a beach club with a restaurant; during the day, they play lounge music, and you can rent luxurious palapas with ocean views.
-On the beach, you’ll find a massage salon where you can relax with a wonderful massage.
-Twice a week, kids can join the Kids’ Club—on Wednesdays and Sundays.
-Next to the terrace at the Tribu pizza restaurant, there’s a fun playground for children.
-Every week, fun activities are organized on the beach, such as campfire sessions on Wednesdays and live music during happy hour on Fridays. In addition, other events are regularly organized, such as barbecues—often featuring fireworks—or concerts.
