We recommend exploring Soria and the surrounding area by car, as it gives you the freedom to enjoy nearby villages, scenic day trips and natural spots across the province at your own pace. The apartment is also a great base for longer excursions, with cities such as Logroño and Burgos reachable in around 1.5 to 2 hours by car. Once in Soria, you can easily combine driving with walking to enjoy the city centre and its main sights.

The apartment offers free WiFi and electric radiator heating for added comfort during the colder months. Please note that there is no air conditioning, but a ceiling fan is available to help keep the space comfortable in warmer weather. Bed linen, towels and bathroom essentials are provided for your stay.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
