This stylish and contemporary apartment is ideally located in Fulham, offering a bright and comfortable stay with a private garden, a rare and valuable feature in this part of London. Designed with a clean, modern aesthetic and warm, natural finishes, the home provides a welcoming and well-balanced space, perfect for both short stays and longer visits.
The apartment accommodates up to four guests and features two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower over bath. Situated on the lower ground floor, the layout is practical and thoughtfully arranged. The sleeping configuration includes one double bed, one single bed, and an additional single sofa bed located within the conservatory-style study area.
*Back garden security camera in place for safety only. Not actively monitored; footage reviewed only if an incident occurs. Guest privacy is respected.*
Inside, the home centers around an open-plan reception, dining and kitchen space, creating a sociable and functional layout ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The living area is styled with a minimalist approach, featuring clean lines, soft furnishings and a light wood media unit that adds warmth and texture. The kitchen is seamlessly integrated and fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher, making it well suited for day-to-day living.
***To the rear of the property, the layout flows through the main bedroom into a conservatory and additional study or sleeping space, which leads out to a private garden with relaxed seating, a peaceful outdoor retreat.***

Located in Fulham, one of South West London’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the area offers a charming blend of village atmosphere and city convenience. Known for its tree-lined streets, independent boutiques and vibrant dining scene, Fulham is home to a wide range of cafés, restaurants and traditional pubs. Nearby Parsons Green is a local favourite, centred around a large open green and surrounded by popular spots such as The White Horse, Megan’s for relaxed dining, and Local Hero for brunch. The area also benefits from easy access to the Thames riverside and nearby green spaces including Bishop’s Park, making it ideal for leisurely walks and outdoor activities.
Transport connections are excellent, with Parsons Green station approximately a ten to twelve minute walk away, providing access to the District Line with direct routes to Earl’s Court, Victoria, Westminster and Embankment. Fulham Broadway station is also nearby, offering additional District Line services along with a wider selection of shops and amenities. West Brompton station is within easy reach and provides both District Line and London Overground connections. A number of bus routes operate in the area, connecting Fulham to Chelsea, South Kensington, Clapham and Central London, ensuring convenient travel across the city.

*No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed at the property.
*The property may not be used for any commercial purposes, including filming or professional photography.
*Pets are not permitted, unless agreed prior to the booking being confirmed.
*Guests are responsible for following the rubbish disposal instructions provided for the property.
Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property.
The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
