Hyde Resort and Residences está a solo unos minutos del centro comercial Aventura y Bal Harbour. Absolutely fabulous location. Condo is lovely and well appointed, Management was very responsive. Two less than perfect notes - the condo kitchen and bath could use a deeper cleaning and I spend one night with no heat during the Florida cold snap. Management had good communication trying to troubleshoot the problem but it was late the next morning before the repair person could come out to reset the circuit breaker. No compensation was offered despite my request. That said this is a wonderful space and I otherwise really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time here. Staying on the beach made it very easy to go up to our room and get things that we had forgotten during the day or to simply restock. The beach services were great. The host was more than accommodating. If we had a need, we simply let them know and they delivered every time. We would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends!

I will definitely return to this place. I loved the view, and if you just want to rest and sleep, this is the perfect place. Quiet and peaceful. Communication with the owner was excellent, and the hotel's pools were spectacular, with a beautiful view of the city. I loved it

Nice place but underwhelmed

This is a nice place. The resort and pools are great! The penthouse however had a few flaws. First, the grout in the bathrooms needs a good cleaning. Its dirty and stained. Second, the beds and pillows are very poor quality. I expected nice mattresses and great pillows, but this was not the case. Super thin and flat. We all woke up with neck and back pain. Third, the wash cloths and towels were also stained. However, that was an easy fix with a message sent to the host. On a good note, if those things will be corrected and replaced, this place will live up to its Penthouse listing. Everything else about the resort was great!

We were so happy with the location, the condo/space itself, the view, the amenities, the communication, literally everything. We have a 4 year old and a 19 year old and we all had a blast! We were at the pool everyday even when it was raining bc it was heated. Poolside dining and drinks if wanted and we also checked out the beach and a local food truck. It kind of covers all the bases, and the host was on top of any questions we had right away. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

My daughter and her friends wanted to stay a couple days in Ft Lauderdale area for spring break. The property is exactly as described. Beautiful views. Short drive to downtown Ft Lauderdale and to Hollywood Boardwalk.

Excellent Condo, Beautiful Views, Prime Location, and Safe!!!

Laure and her team provided quick turn around for any questions (within minutes). I really appreciated this!I'm a former South Floridian and returned for a week stay so I am familiar with the area.This condo is located conveniently close to anywhere you need to get to with an Uber- Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Aventura Mall, Walmart, Publix, great restaurants, the airport, and a pizza place right across the street called Fuoco E Farina. You don't need to eat only at Terraza's as there are a million other options.The kitchen had adequate equipment and utensils.The bathroom rain shower had strong water pressure and hot water.I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer in the unit. We purchased a small bottle of detergent, so we had fresh towels and clothes for the week.This unit's balcony provides a panoramic view of the coastline, the ocean, the intracoastal waterways with the boats, and the city ALL at the same time. Day or night, rain or shine, the views are exquisite!! It was relaxing to sit out there in the balcony and enjoy all of it and still hear the ocean from the 40th floor.The unit was clean and we felt safe there. I had no issues with the condo rules as they were in place for resident safety.We had no issues with the elevator. It's on the 40th floor so sometimes there was a wait and other times it was quick.Super easy access to the pool and the beach. The pool was absolutely fantastic!!My family and I loved it here and hope to return next year!

Peaceful penthouse with incredible view

Our family of four stayed for a week and had a blast. This property is clean, safe, quiet, and has a beautiful pool and beach area. Great gym on site as well. We had groceries delivered and we mostly ate in, as this area has mainly high end restaurants and that cost can add up quickly. The on site restaurants are fairly expensive as is the pool bar. Staff was attentive and kept the property in pristine condition. This is a great penthouse and a beautiful resort.

The host or representative was very responsive and all of our questions were readily answered! We loved the large furnished deck and ocean views. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The resort does have very slow Wi-Fi, so don’t plan on streaming anything or using your devices without patience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would consider this property again!

High end resort style unit. Great amenities.

Some good and not so good stuff. LYFE resorts who owns and operates the property added on a day to our stay. Despite my showing the receptionist at the check in desk the VRBO agreement, she said the only way to remove the extra day was to get an email from the property mgr. ugh. Fortunately for us, VRBO responded almost immediately and sent the email needed in five minutes. That was great. The place was in good shape in terms of furniture and beds. Very comfy. However, the cleanliness was a little lacking. Some gross marks on some doors that needed wiped down and the floor was clearly vacuumed but needed either a swifter or mop down. Now, I know these units are flipped over fast, only allowing a few hours for the next tenant. But an extra 10-15 minutes to wipe down the floor and the doors would have been nice. The real issue we had was that there were zero kitchen towels. We wound up using the makeup washcloths in the bathroom.sand

Awesome Location for family time

Had a great time here, no issues everything was as expected and described. The beach is super close, you have all that you need. Walmart is walking distance for food.We managed to stay without a car and walk or Uber to places for dinner and activities. We came for the beach post cruise so it worked out well. The only thing is at times the wait for elevator was a bit much but it's the only bad thing I would highlight. I would return here for sure.

Wonderful Location!

The place was exceptional. The view is incredible from the 40th floor. Hollywood Beach Boardwalk is only 1.3 miles down the beach and is where we ate at the many restaurants. The 9th floor restaurant and pool were a delight, also with great views. My only complaint is that the balcony, where we spend a great deal of time, never got direct sun. I really wanted the sun but you have to go down to the beach for direct sun. Not a big deal. Thank you for offering your amazing place.
