Welcome to this charming bungalow, perfectly located on a quiet cul-de-sac just a two-minute walk from the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water. With shops, restaurants, and riverside walks right on your doorstep, this home offers both tranquillity and convenience—ideal for a relaxing Cotswolds getaway.

As you step through the front door, you’re greeted by a spacious porch—perfect for storing coats and shoes after a day of exploring. Moving into the hallway, you’ll find a beautifully designed king-size bedroom to the left, thoughtfully styled to create a calm and restful retreat.

On the right-hand side of the hallway are two additional bedrooms, one super king and one double-size bedrooms, making the property ideal for families or groups. A modern family bathroom is also located here, complete with a full-size bath and overhead shower, offering both comfort and practicality.

Further along the hallway, the home opens up into a bright and inviting living space. To the left is a stylish open-plan sitting and dining area, featuring comfortable seating, a television, and a dining table that easily accommodates six guests. Patio doors lead directly out to the private outdoor area, where you’ll find a furnished patio with cushioned seating and a BBQ—perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing in the fresh country air.

To the right of the hallway, you’ll find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances including a microwave and a nespresso coffee machine—ideal for starting your mornings right or preparing meals at home with ease.

This fantastic property is just a stone’s throw from the village centre, where you can enjoy charming cafés, independent shops, and scenic walks along the River Windrush. Often referred to as the “Venice of the Cotswolds,” Bourton-on-the-Water is one of the region’s most picturesque and sought-after destinations.

For families travelling with young children, a cot and high chair are available upon request and can be arranged for your stay. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome for an additional fee, so your four-legged companion can enjoy the trip too.

Guests can use the whole house and patio garden. There is parking on the driveway for 2 cars. Guests must not park on the right hand side of the house.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. The fee will be £30. Please don't let dogs on the bed, or leave them unattended. No puppies.
We have a cot and high chair available at the property.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
