• Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. • Smoking, vaping, and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited, including the garde ; a charge of up to £500 may be applied. • No pets allowed. • No unregistered guests allowed. • Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am; please keep noise to a minimum, including TV volume. • Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when you are not in the property. • Respect check-in and check-out times: check-in is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is before 11 am. Late check-out without prior agreement will incur a charge. • Please take care of the keys: lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee applies if you are locked out. • Please use indoor shoes or slippers where possible to help keep the cottage clean. • If anything breaks or goes wrong during your stay, please inform us so it can be replaced or fixed promptly. • Please be mindful of the property’s furniture and fittings - treat it as you would your own home.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
