Lodge 3 - Bron Eifion in Criccieth, Gwynedd, sleeps six in three bedrooms.

Lodge 3 - Bron Eifion is a single-storey lodge consisting of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with TV. The kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. The bedrooms consist of 1 x double, 1 x twin, and 1 x bunk, served by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Gas central heating charged by meter reading. Bed linen is included in the rent; please bring your own towels. Outside, there is decking with furniture and off-road parking for 4 cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.3 miles, beach 0.8 miles, lake 0.1 miles, river 1 mile. Enjoy lakeside living and woodland surroundings at Lodge 3 - Bron Eifion. Note: Fishing is available for an additional charge (45GBP per week or 9GBP per day for Adults; 40GBP per week or 8GBP per day for OAPs and Under 16 years). Note: Due to the remote location, WiFi is poor, but 5G works perfectly fine. Note: Electricity is not included with booking; coin meters are used for electric. Note: Barbecue available to hire (5GBP payable at the park). Note: Ramp up to property. Note: CCTV in operation on-site. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond 100 GBP

Town: Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, now known as Eryri, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th-century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Eryri mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Eryri National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
