Access: You will be provided with a remote control for the garage shutters, allowing you to come and go as you please with 24/7 secure access.

Pre-Arrival Requirements:
To ensure a safe and secure stay for all our guests, the following steps must be completed online prior to check-in:

ID Verification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required.

Rental Agreement: A standard rental agreement must be signed.

Damage Deposit: A fully-refundable £250 security deposit is required (processed securely online and released after check-out).

House Care & Safety:

No Shoes Indoors: To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we operate a no-shoes policy inside the apartment. Please leave your footwear in the hallway upon entry.

Balcony Safety: For safety and structural reasons, the balcony must be kept clear of any furniture (other than what is provided). Please do not bring indoor furniture or heavy items onto the terrace.

White Towels: We provide premium white towels. We kindly ask that you do not use them for removing makeup or with strong hair dyes/products, as these leave permanent stains.

Furniture: Please do not rearrange the indoor furniture.

Check-in/out Policy:

Standard Times: Check-in is from 15:00 and Check-out is by 10:00.

Late/Early Policy: Any unapproved early check-in or late check-out will incur a penalty charge of £20 per hour.

Additional Rules:

No Smoking/Pets: This is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free property.

Dining: We kindly ask that you enjoy food and drinks in the living/dining area and not in the bedrooms.

Internet: Please do not switch off the internet router.

Security:
A video doorbell is located at the entrance for your safety. Please ensure all windows are closed and doors are locked whenever you leave the property.

Note: Any violation of house rules (e.g., parties, smoking, or extra guests) will result in a deduction from your deposit, starting from £250.
