Summary:

Tuin van Keet - 25 is a cabin for four people in Oud Ade. The Tiny House has a decking area and is situated by the water. It is located within the small-scale De Tuin van Keet park, in a green and water-rich part of the Randstad.



The Space:

Inside, there is a calm, relaxed atmosphere that suits a cosy cabin in the countryside, with space to spend time together yet still retreat when you need to.



There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is situated directly on the decking, with large windows and a door leading outside. This bedroom has a double bed and storage space. The second bedroom has two single beds and storage space. Bed linen and towels are provided.



The property has one bathroom, which is practical and easy to use. Laundry facilities are in the communal area.



Outside, you step onto the decking, right by the water and with a view of the woods. Here you can sit peacefully with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy a cosy dinner in the evening.



Please note that the Tuin van Keet is still very much under development.

Work is still in full swing at the park, but it’s already a lovely place to stay. Think peace and quiet, space and beautiful green surroundings where you can really unwind.





Please note that Tuin van Keet is a newly developed park. The park is largely completed and already offers a wonderful place to relax, surrounded by nature. As all greenery has been recently planted, the park will continue to become even greener, fuller, and more beautiful over time.



During your stay, feel free to enjoy the park’s shared facilities, including the communal space, natural playground, panna field, fire pit, BBQ area, vegetable garden, and picking garden. This way, you can fully experience the outdoor lifestyle and relaxed atmosphere of Tuin van Keet.



Guest Access:

Park in the rear of the park in spaces numbered 9 to 40, next to the cottage number. There are also visitor parking spaces at the rear of the park, near the woods. The spaces next to the homes are for loading and unloading only. Store bikes outside by the tiny house. Pets are not allowed. All practical info about access and arrival is in your Boarding Pass.



The Neighborhood:

You’re staying in Oud Ade, a village in the municipality of Braassem in South Holland. Tuin van Keet - 25 stands here in the village, and outside you have a deck where you can sit comfortably. From this base you can explore the South Holland region at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Rent an open boat from Olympia Charters in Warmond and explore the Kagerplassen. Moor at Kaageiland for lunch at Tante Kee and cruise a quiet loop along the waterways by the Zwanburgerpolder.



Plan a day in Leiden. Wander the Saturday market on the Nieuwe Rijn for maatjes herring and cheese, then walk to the windmill museum De Valk for views over the city.



If you’re here in July, Kaagweek is a great bonus. Take the Veerpont Kaageiland, find a spot by the water and watch the sailing races on the Kagerplassen; the island buzzes from morning till night.
