Nestled in the heart of Bryn Coch, Neath , Redforest Retreats offers the perfect blend of peaceful Welsh countryside, rich industrial heritage, and easy access to some of South Wales’ most beautiful coastlines and attractions. Whether visitors are looking for a relaxing escape, outdoor adventure, or great food and drink, this area provides a surprisingly diverse and rewarding stay.

This charming cottage offers a cosy yet spacious retreat, ideal for couples, families or small groups looking to relax and unwind. There are 3 cottages available next door to each other if you are planning on bringing extra family or friends. They can be found under the names of Fox Glove, Blue Bell and Buttercup at Red Forest Retreats, exclusively through Stay Gower.

The property features two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, soft linens, and ample storage space, creating a peaceful setting for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is fitted with a sturdy set of bunk beds, suitable for both adults and children, making it a versatile space for families or additional guests.

The bathroom is modern and thoughtfully designed, featuring a corner shower, toilet, and sink, along with everything you need for a refreshing start or end to your day.

At the heart of the cottage is the bright, open-plan living area, combining the lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces. The lounge area is warm and inviting, with a comfortable sofa and seating where you can relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast bar provides a sociable dining space, complete with stools, while additional chairs ensure everyone has somewhere to sit comfortably.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for a self-catering stay. You’ll find an oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and air fryer, as well as a full range of cookware, utensils, plates, glassware, and cutlery—everything you need whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a leisurely evening meal.

Throughout the cottage, underfloor heating ensures a cosy and consistent warmth, whatever the season. Complimentary WiFi is provided, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.

For entertainment, the cottage is equipped with a projector, offering a unique home cinema experience. Whether you're streaming your favourite films, catching up on series, or enjoying a movie night with family, it’s the perfect way to relax and make the most of your evenings indoors.

We allow 1 small dog per cottage, please note that dogs cannot be allowed to run around outside the cottages as it is a working farm and they can cause harm and scare the sheep so we ask if you do bring your pet with you, please ensure they are kept on a lead outside the cottage at all times whilst in the grounds of the farm. Please follow our pet rules during your stay.
