This welcoming apartment is designed for up to 4 guests and offers a comfortable, practical layout for a relaxed stay in Asturias. It features:
-one bedroom with a double bed,
-a separate small living room with a sofa bed, making it a great option for couples, small families or friends travelling together.

-The kitchen includes a dining area and is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, blender and other essentials, so you can enjoy anything from a simple breakfast to dinner at home.

- The bathroom comes stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo and other useful essentials, while free parking within the villa adds extra convenience throughout your stay.

The apartment also includes free WiFi and heating.

Please note that there is no air conditioning.

The apartment is part of a villa comprising a total of 6 separate apartments.

Free parking is available for guests.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
