Marevista Villa is a peaceful 3 bedroom retreat near Konnos Beach and Cape Greco, set within a quiet gated community and surrounded by palm trees, blooming hibiscus, and natural Mediterranean beauty. Inside, the villa offers a bright and spacious open plan living area with large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and frame beautiful views of the garden. The comfortable lounge includes cosy sofas and a TV, creating an easy place to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen connects directly to the BBQ area, making home cooked meals and outdoor dining simple and enjoyable.



The indoor dining table seats up to 8 guests, while outside you will find an additional dining area, 6 sun loungers, and a private swimming pool surrounded by peaceful greenery. Whether you are travelling with family or friends, the outdoor space is perfect for long, easy Cyprus days by the pool.



Upstairs, the villa has three bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and enjoys stunning sea views, while the third bedroom also offers lovely sea views. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, making the layout ideal for families or small groups. The main bathroom includes both a spacious shower and a separate bathtub for added comfort.



The location is one of Marevista Villa’s biggest highlights. The coastline is only a short walk away, with nearby beaches such as Konnos, Glyfades, and Lombardi offering easy options for morning swims, beach days, and sunset walks. Cape Greco is also close by, known for its dramatic cliffs, sea caves, walking trails, and some of the most scenic views in Cyprus.



Konnos Beach, famous for its crystal clear water and postcard blue shades, is just a few minutes away by car. Guests who enjoy walking can reach it in around 20 minutes along a beautiful coastal route, passing places such as Cyclops Cave and Turtle Beach along the way.



Protaras centre is approximately 5 to 7 minutes away by car, with restaurants, cafes, shops, nightlife, and family friendly attractions. The Sea Caves are around 10 minutes away, while Ayia Napa can be reached in approximately 12 minutes.
