Enjoy a comfortable and practical stay in Pamplona, just next to Plaza del Castillo, one of the city’s most central and lively areas. This private room is a convenient option for two guests looking for a well-located and functional space with easy access to the city centre.

The room features a bunk bed with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower, offering a simple and comfortable setup.

It also includes air conditioning, a TV, and a private office area inside the room with a microwave, small fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and sink. Please note that there is no stovetop in the accommodation.

In addition to the private office area inside the room, guests also have access to a shared lounge and office area, shared with two other rooms. This common space provides an extra area to relax and use during the stay.

Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. The accommodation also includes a cleaning kit, complimentary coffee, toilet paper, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
