Please collect the keys from the lockbox located outside the house. These keys are for the gate on the left side of the property.

Once you open the gate and enter, you’ll find a second lockbox containing the keys to the house.

The PIN codes for both lockboxes will be sent to you prior to your check-in time.

Checkout Instructions

• Checkout time is by 11AM
• Please place all used towels in the bathroom.
• Wash any used dishes or place them in the dishwasher and start it before leaving.
• Take out the trash and place it in the designated outdoor bin.
• Turn off all lights, appliances, and the thermostat/AC.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Return the house keys to the lockbox inside the gate and scramble the code after closing it.
• Ensure the gate is securely closed and locked before departure.
