Sleeping arrangements
Bedroom 1: King size bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage Bedroom 2: Single bed plus a pull out sofa bed, sleeping up to 2 guests (1 adult in the single bed and 1 adult in the pull out bed)
The bathroom has been finished to a high standard and features a walk in rain shower for a modern and refreshing experience.
The living area is cosy and stylish, complete with a TV with HDMI access and fast fibre WiFi throughout the property.
A welcome tray is provided to help you settle in, including coffee pods, tea, fruit teas, biscuits, treats, sugar and sweeteners.
We also provide towels, toiletries, a hairdryer and straighteners to give you a true home from home experience.

The location is ideal for convenience. A Morrisons Daily is just a few doors away and open until 10pm. Local takeaways including a pizza, kebab and fish and chip shop are only a short walk away.

The property is set up to allow remote access with easy self check-in meaning that no direct contact with anyone is needed.
The property is unfortunately not suitable for anyone with impaired mobility, as guests will need to climb stairs during their stay.
There will be a £50 call out fee if keys are locked inside the property and a £100 fee if keys are lost.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. We provide guests with a starter pack that includes individual toiletries, two toilet rolls per bathroom, one kitchen roll, and tea and coffee, which typically lasts for the first two days of their stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
