Enjoy a peaceful and romantic stay in this charming rural accommodation in Montánchez, Cáceres, designed for two guests. With its rooftop terrace, open views of the surroundings, and both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, this is a special place to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy a quiet escape together in a unique setting.

The accommodation features an open-plan layout where the living room and kitchen share the same main space as the sleeping area. The bedroom area is subtly defined by a large curtain, creating a cosy sense of privacy while maintaining the open and airy character of the accommodation. It includes a double bed, an indoor jacuzzi, and a private bathroom with shower.

One of the highlights of the property is the upper terrace, where guests can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area. The terrace includes a table for two, a chill-out area, and an outdoor jacuzzi, making it an ideal spot to relax at any time of day.

The accommodation is equipped with:

Two towels per guest
Cleaning kit
Complimentary coffee
Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
Roll of kitchen paper

Note:

- The accommodation has an open-plan layout, with the bedroom area separated from the main living space by a curtain rather than a wall, as shown in the photos.

- Access to the terrace is via a metal spiral staircase.

- Please note that the freezer is small and located inside the fridge.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom area: Double bed (2 guests)
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
