The hostess was very communicative which is always helpful. We had a great time at the property! The kitchen, dining, and living rooms were the perfect size for our families. Cannot beat the location!!

Great Family Vacation at the Beach

We had a great time in the house. It was large enough that we could have our own space if needed and all come together when we wanted to as well! Location was great!

We had a great stay! Lots of space and being able to store beach gear in garage is an added bonus. I must note that walking outside and smelling Fisher's Popcorn and Old Bay from Bahama's Crabshack makes you hungry! Margie is great to work with!

Spacious House a Few Steps to the Beach

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this House. The beach is close as are restaurants, stores, and entertainment. The house was well furnished with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of room for everyone. The upper deck was most enjoyable, and we saw some incredible sunsets. Thanks for the hospitality and we hope to visit again.

Wonderful House- Great Location

The house was wonderful and you can't beat the roof deck. Just steps from the beach and a block from the $3 bus that gets you anywhere in OC, the location is perfect. Margie was very pleasant to deal with and totally reasonable. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great family stay

Our group of 9 had a great long weekend in Fenwick. The location is about a block to the beach, easy walk with little kids. The beach itself is a popular spot, with a little ice cream vendor. Across the street there is mini golf, an arcade, ice cream tacos… plenty to do and see. Our favorite spot in the house was on the 4th floor roof top deck. There is a cute wet bar area, and we all could relax and chat with a great beach view. Great memories in a great spot 2023

Beautiful Beach Home

Our family of 10 enjoyed this home over the long Labor Day weekend. The home is beautifully decorated and just a very short walk to the beach. We liked that the home was located close to the OC MD bus stop and also was within walking distance to mini golf and many other attractions. Margie was THE BEST person to work with. She even called around our check in time to make sure the home met our expectations. I definitely would recommend this home to those visiting Fenwick Island.

Great family beach house

Our family reunited for a week at this house- 3 children, one teenager, six adults. Very comfortable accommodations and wonderful location literally on the Md/Del state line, oceanside, in Fenwick. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions and a one block walk to the beach. The only difficulty is having to bring all linens, blankets and towels - no service is provided so it's a lot to bring if you don't want to spend more on linen service yourself. Nice appliances, tons of room and an elevator for older adults if you need it. Our family really enjoyed staying here and I would highly recommend it.

I am so glad you and your family had a great vacation! I am sorry that my rental does not include linens or towels. Some guests prefer to rent the linens and towels from nearby third party providers. I do provide plenty of blankets with bedspreads and pillows to provide comfort for all guests. Thank you!

Best Place in the Best Location

This home was perfect for our large family (We're the parents of five young adult children plus two significant others). The elevator made loading and unloading a snap. There were plenty of spaces we could all hang out PLUS bedrooms for privacy when wanted/needed. The Gillespie's are the perfect hosts!

Beach block & easy access to amenities on the state line

This house is well-maintained, well-appointed, and comfortable for a group with kids due to the multi-level living. The pictures don’t do it justice! The roof deck has fantastic views. We may have enjoyed watching mini golf across the street almost as much as the waves on the ocean one short block away. Margie is a wonderful host, touching base with us before, during, and after our stay to ensure our needs were met.

Best Beach Vacations

My family and extended family have been coming to this wonderful home for five summers now and absolutely love it. It is a great location and a short walk to the beach. We enjoy having delicious Maryland hardshell crabs and the best place to get them is right next store. Then we have that fabulous rooftop deck to enjoy. The kids love it there and the elevator is so handy for us older folk. We have also stayed there in the Fall with just adults and even though the deck could be chilly, we just bundle up and sit out there anyway. Thank you, Margie, for allowing us to rent your wonderful gorgeous home.
