Located on the first floor of a cozy residential building, the apartment offers a welcoming and practical setting for longer stays. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, and there are 23 stairs to reach the apartment. The building itself is peaceful and well-maintained, while the apartment faces a lively city street with easy access to public transport, shops, cafés, and local amenities.

The flat features two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed (160 × 200 cm), while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 × 200 cm each), making the apartment ideal for families or friends. A baby crib is available upon request for an additional fee of 15 EUR per stay. We kindly ask that you inform us in advance, so we can ensure everything is perfectly arranged for your arrival. For guests working remotely, the second bedroom also includes a practical work desk. The apartment includes one bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet for added comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for everyday living, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and complete kitchenware. Guests will also appreciate the generous storage space throughout the apartment, including a large wardrobe in the hallway.

Located in the heart of Prague’s Old Town on Karolíny Světlé Street, the apartment enjoys one of the city’s most desirable locations. The National Theatre and the beautiful Vltava River are literally just a few steps away, perfect for riverside walks, morning coffee, or evening strolls through the historic center. Many of Prague’s most famous landmarks are within walking distance, including Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, Kampa Island, and Petřín Hill. The neighborhood is full of charming cafés, traditional Czech restaurants, cocktail bars, galleries, and local shops, offering a wonderful mix of historic charm and vibrant city life. At the same time, the area is very convenient for longer stays, with supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport, and everyday services all nearby.

Please be aware that if your reservation exceeds one month, a cleaning fee of €60 will be charged every month. This fee covers changing hotel-quality linens and towels and has to be paid before check-in. If you require additional cleanings during your stay, the same fee will apply. However, check-out cleaning is included in your stay at no extra cost.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 500 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
