Thoughtfully designed with reverse-level accommodation, the property makes the most of its elevated position, allowing the open-plan living area upstairs to fully embrace the spectacular river views. Whether enjoying your morning coffee, watching boats drift along the estuary or relaxing with a glass of wine as the sun begins to set, the ever-changing scenery creates a truly memorable backdrop throughout your stay.

The first floor forms the heart of the home, with a bright and welcoming open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Exposed to natural light and framed by beautiful views, this sociable space is ideal for unwinding after a day exploring Dartmouth and the surrounding coastline. The rental includes a parking permit for Mayor's Avenue Car Park (approx. five mins walk). Street parking is also available directly outside the property – unrestricted in winter, and in summer available overnight and for up to two hours during the day. You can pull up outside for easy loading and unloading at any time.
