Between Rørvig's sandy dune plantations and fine sandy beaches, a traditional black wooden house awaits the family or group of friends looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here you can let your shoulders slump and enjoy just being together in the bright, cosy and stylish surroundings inside and out, when you're not adventuring in the peninsula's beautiful countryside.
At first sight, you are greeted by the wooden beams of the cottage framing the facade and the covered terrace. The exposed beams are echoed in the open-plan kitchen, which is bright and atmospheric with wickerwork, painted woodwork and muted earth tones. Fire up the wood-burning stove and curl up in the sofa corner, or gather for good meals and board games around the round table as the lamp casts its patterned glow on the wall.
Most special of all are the cottage's outdoor spaces. Here, three wooden terraces wrap around the house, providing great spots to soak up the sun on the daybed or find shelter from the wind in the wicker furniture. In front of you, the large garden spreads out, where you can challenge the family friendship with a game of kings or gather around the fireplace in the glow of the flames. Enjoy Rørvig's magical evenings with lantern lights and fairy lights - perhaps with crispy pizzas from the pizza oven on the menu.
Four-legged family members are also welcome at the cottage.
