El Diamond Spur Lodge es una nueva y espectacular casa de vacaciones con 4 dormitorios / 2 baños en el nivel principal y tres camas queen más y otro baño completo en el loft extendido. Está ubicado en la propiedad de Double Diamond Ranch, LLC, donde criamos cuartos de caballos y nuestros caballos adoran las visitas de nuestros huéspedes. El albergue está diseñado para ser accesible para discapacitados con un baño apto para discapacitados ADA. La casa completamente amueblada se completa con una cocina gourmet, televisión vía satélite, wifi, chimenea, aire acondicionado centralizado, lavadora / secadora y hermosas vistas de Black Hills y los dos arroyos en la propiedad. . Diamond Spur Lodge

What a fantastic family vacation we had here at Diamond Spur Lodge! The home is absolutely beautiful and immaculate and was well-supplied with everything we needed. It was a joy to cook in the lovely well-designed kitchen. Hot water for the showers was readily available with plenty of towels for both showering and hot tubbing. We had plenty of space for everyone and all the beds were so comfortable! We especially loved using the hot tub after our busy days of hiking. The children loved playing outside and we all enjoyed watching the horses. The surrounding view from the lodge is spectacular and so very peaceful! Location here is everything. We truly were in the “Heart of the Hills” and were able to easily drive to our desired daily activities. The owner was easy to communicate with and we felt very welcome. We all hope to return to this very special haven in the future!!

Diamond Spur Lodge

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful setting in the black hills. Lee Ann was responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying here for anyone looking for a place for a large family gathering.

Perfect South Dakota Getaway

Our stay at the Diamond Spur Lodge was amazing to say the least. We came with a total of 11 people full of teen/adult kids as well as 2 seniors. The layout is great for multiple families. The location is convenient if you want to hit all the main attractions with the majority of them being 30 mins or less away. Beautiful house, great hostess and sweet horses right in your backyard. Leann was a gem. Highly recommend!

Our Stay at the Diamond Spur Lodge

The Diamond Spur Lodge was a beautiful and well accommodating place to stay for our group to stay. The outside view was spectacular during the day as well as in the evening. The outside fireplace worked great and it was wonderful to use in the evening which provide lots of seating for all to sit around it.The hot tube was wonderful and very well keeped.The lodge had separate towels for the hot tub which their location was easiy seen. We appreciated to know the Lee Ann had recently replaced the water and made sure the Ph levels were where they needed to be. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare our daily meals. All guest thought the beds were very comfortable and that there was a great supply of towels. We definely will be book again. Everyone from our group commented that it was the nicest VRBO that they had stayed at.

Convenient location

Beautiful cabin at a convenient location. Spacious cabin for 13 people to stay and play. The outdoor space was our favorite. Big covered patio with hot tub. Perfect for the cool mornings and evenings. The kitchen was a great space for many delicious meals.

Family Reunion

10 of our Extended Family stayed at Diamond Spur Lodge. It was very comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. We loved visiting the horses and fishing in the creek. It was a great central location for everything we wanted to do. You should be aware that the WiFi connection is weak and not reliable. This was good for the children to "unplug" and enjoy outdoors, but frustrating for adults looking for tourist or other information. Overall, we give it 5 stars and would recommend it to all.

Fantastic home!

This was the perfect home for a family vacation. We had plenty of space and the house is conveniently located to all the local attractions. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels and the kitchen is well thought out with anything you might need to prepare meals. The fire pit and hot tub were both very nice to take advantage of in the evenings. We would love to come back! Thank you for an amazing place to stay.

Incredible

Wow! The Diamond Spur was absolutely amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation to South Dakota! The location was perfect and the views were spectacular. We had 8 adults and 5 children. We never felt crowded as there was definitely space for everyone! The large gathering room, grand kitchen, open loft, spacious lawn, and all of the "extras" in and out of the house were appreciated. LeeAnn was a wonderful hostess and put a lot of thought into the "little things." If we are ever back, we will definitely be looking into renting from Double Diamond again!

Great stay at the Diamond Spur Lodge

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. Beautifully decorated! There were 4 bedrooms for the adults and a loft with 4 beds, couch and table/chairs to play games for our grandchildren. The large kitchen is well equiped and works great for feeding a large family. We sat on the huge back porch, sat around the fire pit, used the hot tub and played corn hole the evening. The owners horses greeted us everyday in the back fenced yard. We were close to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Needles Hwy, and Custer State Park. We found a local wrangler and went horseback riding. We also rented a 4 person side by side and went trail riding so there is a lot to do in the area. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this property.

Spacious serenity

Diamond Spur Lodge is an expansive new home that is well appointed. The property is perfect for large families or groups. We loved seeing the mountains and horses, and the proximity to Hill City, Key Stone, Mnt. Rushmore, Lake Pactola, and Rapid City. Ms. Lee Ann was welcoming and responsive! There is very little internet coverage, so this property would not be a place to ‘work from home’ or study. Plan to do all your online searches for travel in town when you’re out, or go old school and work off of brochures and paper maps. :)

Great for family units or large group

13 people. Grandparents, children, spouses, grandchildren- this property was comfortable, modern in a good lodge/ranch way and had every amenity that we needed. If we visited that area again, we’d hope to stay there.
