The summer house in Veddinge bakker is a former artist's house and with the large windows and intricate, green planting, the right holiday home atmosphere is created even before you step inside. The former artist's studio has now been converted into a combined cinema and bedroom. The lovely skylights and window sections in the studio are covered with roller blinds, and then it's time to cozy up inside with a movie on the projector "big screen". The Danish painter used the studio to express himself creatively, and he also left a beautiful mural on the wall that can be enjoyed from the bedroom bed. The remaining sleeping space is divided into a guest room with a view of the field and a large children's room with a bunk bed for three children.
The cottage is bright, friendly and welcoming, and the lovely kitchen-dining room and living room are one in the same. Here, the living room can be extended and nature can come all the way inside when the patio doors are opened wide. There is a terrace from every room in the house, and the whole family can sit at the large garden table with benches. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and see nature as far as the eye can see. When the weather is cool, you can enjoy the cottage's two heat pumps and two wood-burning stoves.
The garden is full of swings, trapeze and the like, and the large trampoline is perfect for children and young at heart. The house overlooks a protected field, where the sweetest and calmest cows occasionally come by and stop by the fence.
