Sitting just three metres from the water's edge on a quiet cul-de-sac, the house offers an exclusive front-row location with both sunrise and sunset views over the water. The bright living room features large panoramic windows that frame the magnificent ocean view. The owners have recently renovated the house with modern amenities, including a new sofa, armchairs and dining table. They've preserved the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom in an old-fashioned style, respecting the house's history. The well-equipped kitchen features a convenient serving hatch leading directly to the dining table.



One of the rooms features a double bed and two bunk beds above it measuring 60 x 160 cm, where children can relax, play games, or read a book. The bunk beds aren't intended for sleeping. In the room next to the kitchen, children can retreat and make themselves comfortable if needed. You can also use the room for storage. It's not intended for sleeping. Two terraces let you enjoy the sun all day long—a covered terrace measuring 17 square metres with evening sun and a newly built terrace behind the house, perfect for a sheltered breakfast.
