Inside, the house has been renovated in a modern style with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Settle into the sofa with a hot cup of coffee and spend a leisurely afternoon with a good book beneath the exposed beams, occasionally glancing up at the lush greenery outside. Or sink into the warm water of the bathtub, your body pleasantly tired after a day outdoors. In the studio, you can enjoy the special atmosphere beneath the vaulted ceilings, which bear witness to the site’s history and culture.



The cabin is nestled in the lush natural surroundings of Hammer Bakker, surrounded by wildlife, hiking trails, and wide-open skies. Go in search of burial mounds and old forest ditches, or take a trip to Pebermosen. You can also climb Tinghøj, the highest point of the hills. If you spend your time at the cottage, you can soak up the sun on the south-facing terrace and round off the day in the barrel sauna or by the fire pit before retiring under the thatched roof.
