The space
This property expands for 313 square meters (plus garden with swimming pool), divided in three floors.
In the first floor you have a spacious living room and kitchen with all the amenities to make the best of your stay.
In the kitchen you have quality delicious coffee included with your stay made by a super-automatic De’Longhi machine that customises your coffees. You have all necessary to host 10 people comfortably.
In the big living room you have a high quality 4K TV with Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Plus multiple board games such as Catan, a Poker set, and several others to enjoy chill nights with friends and family.

From the living room you can access the garden and swimming pool, all private for yourself.
In the garden you have multiple areas to sit, you have a full size football table (Spanish style) in perfect shape.
The garden and Swimming pool are sunny most of the day where you have sun beds, chairs, tables, etc. You also have a covered porch perfect for hosting big meals or remotely work in the mornings watching the morning sun hitting the garden.

In the second floor you have four full bedrooms (with three high quality double beds and two wide individual beds) and two bathrooms, and my favourite spot in the house: a giant covered terrace with a big couch and table, plus a reclinable chair, all surrounded by windows, from which you can see all the garden and swimming pool, a perfect place to read, relax, work, meditate.. definitely a spot with a special energy.

In the last floor you have like an independent apartment, with a private door, a big double bed, another couch and a lot of space slightly independent from the rest of the house, it is the warmest and most silent area of the house.

The neighbourhood is a residential very safe area, just 15km from the city center and well connected to the airport.
The area has a lot of Green areas and sport facilities nearby (polideportivo cerro del telégrafo, with Gym, tennis courts, arc shooting, padel, football, hockey, American football, free climbing area, and more, just 5 minutes walking distance!
Also 1km from the property you have a small mountain with a nice hike from where you can see Madrid (worth the visit).

But not everything is sports and nature, You also have several supermarkets and leisure areas nearby, and If you need recommendations on our favourite restaurants and bars please let us know.

The space is independent from neighbours, and free from any kind of noises at night, perfect for celebrations and to spend quality time with family and friends in your own villa.
