The cottage is located just 100 meters from the beach, and a small path through the garden leads you to a gate by the gravel road – from there, it is only a few minutes' walk to the beach.



Inside, the house is beautifully decorated with lovely rooms and a spacious living room, where the wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen-dining area is a natural extension of the open living room, and the bathroom has a wonderful sauna.



The garden invites you to enjoy quiet moments among the large trees. The path through the grounds gives you a feeling of discovery every time you walk down to the beach.



The beach is within walking distance and offers morning swims and sunsets over the sea. The A.P. Møller property, Rågeleje Hegn, and Heatherhill offer beautiful natural areas with views of the Kattegat. Tisvildeleje and Gilleleje are both in the immediate area with cafes, harbor environments, and small shops.
