The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and access to the private balcony with water views. The separate bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, coffee machine, and everything you need for self-catering.
The bathroom includes a shower, and there is a washing machine available.
Guests have access to a shared rooftop terrace with pergola, seating, and panoramic views over Stavanger. Free underground parking is included in the building garage.

The apartment is managed by Cohost AS, a professional short-term rental management company based in Stavanger. We ensure the apartment is always clean, well-maintained, and ready for your arrival.
Check-in is easy and flexible — keys are available in a key box located in the garage next to your parking space. Full instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
Please note that this is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, especially during evening hours.
