Bright, fully equipped 2‑bedroom self-catering apartment in Msida — ideal for students or professionals. Located close to the university and Msida’s business district, this second-floor flat (managed by MINK Homes) offers comfortable, convenient living with self check‑in via keybox and a 24‑hour support line.
The apartment forms part of a residential block of apartment and is served with a lift. Please note that there is a flight of stairs to reach the lift and therefore we do not recommend this apartment if you have walking disabilities.
The layout is in the form of an open living/dining and kitchen area with a bedsofa for 1 person. The hallway leads to a bathroom, a master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and 2 office desks with chairs that leads to a back balcony and another guest bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equiped with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc., an electric stove and oven, a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and a washing machine.
Other essentials such as cleaning products, iron & board, drying rack, hairdryer are also in the apartment. Both bedrooms have ACs for heating and cooling of the apartment and black-out curtains for optimal sleeping comfort and bedlinen, duvets and a set of towels per guest.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout their stay.
We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We can allow you to leave luggage while the cleaning staff is getting the apartment ready. As soon as the apartment we will send you the code for the keybox to check-in. We cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in
This property is managed by MINK Homes. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information.
Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not.
Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. As well as, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc.
Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.
The property will be stocked with:
- 2 toilet rolls per toilet
- 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 kitchen sponge cloth
- 2 tablets for dishwasher (if dishwasher is available)
- 1 tablets for washing machine or bottle
- 1 bottle of hand soap
- 1 cleaning cloth
Please note that cleaning fee includes the cleaning, stocking and supply of clean bedlinen and towels and garbage collection. This means that guests are offered the apartment in a clean state with fresh bedlinen, towels and the above mentioned stocking of the apartment. Guests can book additional cleaning, fresh bedlinen and towels and garbage collection and re-stocking of the apartment during their stay at an additional cleaning fee.
Please take notice of our house rules to safeguard the wellbeing of the property and the neighborhood. We do not intend to issue fines and our aim is to guide you and make every rule and regulation as clear as possible to avoid misunderstandings.
• No Parties & Noise: Keep voices low in common areas. The property has a noise and air quality (can detect cigarette smell) monitor. Turning it off or removing it results in a €200 fine. Loud guests will be warned first; repeated noise will incur fines and possible lease termination and eviction.
• No Smoking: Smoking inside the property or common areas is prohibited. Ignoring this results in a €200 fine.
