The Space:

Welcome to Juali by the Sea, a brand-new and stylish holiday apartment in a prime location in Blankenberge.



Upon entering, you are welcomed into a well-kept hallway with a practical cloakroom, perfect for neatly storing coats, shoes, and beach gear. From there, you step into a bright and open living space, where large windows create a fresh and sunny atmosphere. The living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped open kitchen and a cosy dining area, ideal for long breakfasts or relaxed evenings at home. From the living area, you have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy an aperitif with a peaceful green view.



The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed, ample wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. The second bedroom is ideal for families and is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed. A second modern bathroom with walk-in shower and sink is also available.



A separate toilet in the hallway provides extra comfort. Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided for a hassle-free check-in experience.



Juali by the Sea enjoys an exceptional location just an 8-minute walk from the Blankenberge pier. Sea Life is only 11 minutes away on foot, making it a perfect family outing. The shopping street, boutiques, and various restaurants are just a 13-minute walk away, offering the perfect blend of relaxation, gastronomy, and seaside experiences.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
