Villa Silvio is located in the peaceful village of Kožino near Zadar, right by the sea and only a few steps away from the crystal-clear Adriatic coast. This luxurious villa accommodates up to 6 guests within its 200 m2 of living space and offers the perfect combination of elegance, privacy, and premium comfort for an unforgettable holiday in Croatia.

The modern villa extends over several floors and has been carefully designed to provide maximum comfort throughout your stay. In the basement, guests can enjoy a children’s playroom, storage area, and a private gym equipped with kettlebells, a treadmill, exercise mats, and a Pilates ball – ideal for recreation and entertainment for all ages.

The ground floor features a spacious and elegant living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a bathroom and laundry room. From the living area, guests can access the covered terrace leading to the sun deck and private infinity pool, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoying warm Mediterranean days. Guests also have access to private parking for 3 vehicles, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area ideal for preparing and enjoying delicious grilled specialties.

On the upper floor, there are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms with king-size beds (180x200 cm) offer stunning sea views, while the third bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed overlooks the parking area. One bedroom features a private terrace with two chairs, perfect for morning coffee with a view, while another has a charming French balcony that adds an authentic Mediterranean touch. Upon request and with prior agency approval, the villa can provide an additional bed for one extra person at an extra charge.

A special highlight of the villa is the outdoor area featuring a heated infinity pool of 24 m2 (3.5 x 7 m) with hydrolysis system, a spacious sun deck with six sun loungers and a parasol, and several terraces designed for complete relaxation throughout the day. Private beach access ensures total peace and privacy, while the proximity to the sea further enhances the luxurious atmosphere of this unique villa.

Villa Silvio is fully equipped with everything needed for a carefree and luxurious stay – air conditioning in all rooms, high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs, 2 x SUP paddling, outdoor kitchen, barbecue facilities, and private parking. Every detail has been carefully selected to provide guests with the highest level of comfort and a true home-away-from-home feeling.
