Excellent stay. We’ve been there a few times and John and team have this property in great shape. It’s always clean and the communication is perfect too. Location is excellent for downtown Dillon and also a great place to stay if you want to explore beyond.

Nice rental

The actually rental exceeded the pictures shown. Very spacious. Clean. Well stocked with essentials. In the center of town. Next to a community park with picnic tables, children’s playground, and children’s splash water play area. The only downside we found was that the stairs leading to the first floor where the rental was located had no handrails.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. The property is easy to access and spacious, and the photos represent the space accurately. Everything was extremely clean. The owner is easy to contact and the location is great for any activity in Dillon. We will rent again!

Property was amazing, anything and everything we needed was there. Lots of space for our needs, very comfortable. John was easy to work with, we made a last minute request and he didn’t waste any time approving our request and worked with us to make it happen.

Fun family weekend

The property was spacious, comfortable, and super conveniently located to the fun shops, bars and restaurants. The host was super responsive and nice. The kitchen was well stocked, and we really had everything we needed to be comfortable the whole weekend! Would definitely stay again!

Great condo! Very nicely remodeled old school!

The property is lovely and well located next to the playground and splash pad for kids and near the downtown shops. We were in town for a funeral and used the condo to host family for meals and gatherings. Very cozy and comfortable with a nice large kitchen area. We would definitely recommend the property!

Excellent Spot!

This was a great anchor spot for adventuring the area! The place was open, clean, roomy, and we loved the hip feel. So neat that this old school building has been given new life. I would recommend this to anyone heading to the Dillon area!

4th of July with family

We had a great time in Dillon visiting family for the 4th of July. John was great and was easy to communicate with concerning any small questions we had. The place was perfect for us to relax and unwind from traveling. The neighborhood is great for walking and the park and splash pad next door was really great. We even caught some music at the park. Thanks again, the stay was perfect. We hope to stay here again in the future. Taze and Polly Fulford

Perfect location

Very spacious. Loved the remodel and history of the building. Beds were comfortable. The fans and air conditioning was appreciated. Location to amazing park and down town was perfect.

Great property in downtown Dillon

Another wonderful stay. Very clean and quiet property . Easy walking distance to downtown. Great Jaycee park w/water features for the kids across the street. Easy check in/out. Hope to stay again next year!!

Weekend in Dillon

Can’t say enough good things about this location or the property manager. The apartment is spacious, clean, beautiful, and perfectly located. John has done a phenomenal job bringing the old school house back to life. He is prompt in his responses to questions and an inviting host. You won’t find a better place to stay in Dillon.

This lovely apartment is in downtown Dillon. We had 4 people staying in the two bedroom place. It is roomy, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need, including beautiful Mikasa dinnerware. We were in contact with the person who delivered the keys to us and we did not have to wait. The building is locked at night (as well as the apt door), so we felt super safe. (Not that there is much to worry about safety-wise in Dillon!) I've stayed in 2 different hotels near town, I am so happy I found this gem. If you need to go to Dillon, give this a try! You will be happy you did.

Modern & spacious apartment in a quiet building

Very comfortable place to stay if you are staying in Dillon. I stayed here while attending GH boot camp for three weeks and it was awesome. Rode my bike each day to GH but it's only 5 mins by foot. Quiet building and comfortable accommodations and the owner was very quick to respond to any of my needs. I highly recommend this location! There are other units available also.
